The Karakoram mountains rise as a wall; 500km long,150km wide with over a 100 peaks above 6,100m (20,000 ft). This region represents the highest concentration of high peaks in the world.

The Hindukush, with many beautiful lush valleys along with the highest peak Tirich Mir 7708 m (25,289 ft).
